I like meeting new people, building new relationships, and creating new things. I can benefit a construction project from a variety of angles, my services are infinitely flexible to best serve your individual needs. To put it simply though, I aim to be the intermediary between your ideas and your project. I want to provide you with a level of upfront planning that allows your project to flow seamlessly through to the finishing details. Read below a few examples of my clients and how I assist them.

Are you wanting to build a new house but are unsure of where to start?
Do you have some ideas in mind of the house you’d like to build, but are unsure of how to turn these ideas into plans?
Have you found a floor plan or example house plan that you like, but with some changes?
Are you wanting a thorough budgeting of your project prior to getting started?
Do you already have a house plan but want to incorporate timber frame elements into this design?
Are you wanting to plan an addition to an existing residence or yard?

These are all aspects of your project that I can help you with! I can work with you to compile your ideas, sketches, sample photos, and example floor plans into an exact representation of what you’d like to build.

I don’t expect that you have every detail sorted out; I enjoy sharing my own experiences and design tastes to help make your project unique, efficient, and amazing. Living a busy and active lifestyle with two kids and lots of gear, yet also aspiring to live in an organized and clutter free way, I believe I can offer a valuable perspective to planning your project.

I can provide you with the drawing set required to submit your building permit application. I can also work on cost estimates of all aspects of the build to help you understand the final cost. Further, I can provide to your chosen builder the construction drawings and information required to most efficiently execute your build. I can also help you with that patio addition, gazebo, pergola, or timber front entry. I believe our services can benefit you on any size of project.

Builder or contractor

Do you have a client that has come to you with a generic floor plan package that you’d like to further develop to submit for permit application?
Do you need design assistance to procure your framing package, including engineered floor and roof packages?
Do you require design and drafting services to provide details to the project engineer?
Do you require design or procurement assistance with a pre-manufactured timber frame component?

I am confident that I can efficiently assist you with many aspects of the design and planning of your project, freeing up more of your time to focus on other things.

Manufacturer

Are you a timber frame, mass timber or steel manufacturer that is in need of external design assistance? We have experience designing for both CNC machine (Hundegger K2) and hand cutting operations.
We can provide you with an accurate and clean 3d model for estimating or production execution by your own team, or the individual CNC or shop drawing files needed to create the finished product. We are flexible to help you at any stage of the project.

I can work with you to provide you with the 3d model or files (CNC / 2d) you need to keep your production team moving.
